Job Description:	DESCRIPTION: business unit including grain origination/storage, grain marketing, resources and advice, crop input products (seed and fertilizer), agronomic advice and information services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall responsibility for operations and personnel of this 4 million bushel grain elevator that loads 110 car shuttle trains. Will be responsible for personnel development, EH&S and other regulations regarding compliance and P & L. EXPERIENCE: 2+ years in grain facility including personnel management, safety, electrical (PC) and mechanical ability/maintenance. Must have skill to operate efficiently, manage inventory expense, with strong leadership, organizational, communication and listening skills.
