Major changes have been taking place in the Poultry, Beef and Pork Industries over the past several years. Industry structure and economics are being significantly impacted by leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

Company is a major soybean processor, rice exporter and oil producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for organizing, coordinating and overseeing daily operations, costs, capital budgets, efficiency, grain, grain quality and procurement.

Responsible for overall plant performance, maintenance, operations, sanitation, supervisors, staff and farmer relations.

EXPERIENCE: 4 years of above experience with minimum of two years management experience.

Able to calculate discounts, interest, commission percentages, etc.

Have or acquired necessary certificates, licenses, registrations and CPR, Proficient in personal computers

This is a new position for depth.

POTENTIAL: Management & salary increases.

If TRAINEE - will train/learn the position. Can be fresh out of college with Ag background. Doesn't want someone who has not come from some grain production experience.
