Title	Barley Elevator Superintendent

Job Description:	COMMENTS: This position is with the company's Malt operation and involves 3.5 million bushel storage space and 85,000 bushels per day of thru-put to the Malting Process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to the Malt Plant Manager. Works closely with the Barley Origination Team in coordinating and scheduling the barley program to maximize plant performance. Supervises grain handlers and maintenance personnel. Develop appropriate support and supplier contacts. EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years elevator management Direct supervisory experience required.
