Job Description:	Responsibilities: Directs workforce in a manner conductive with company business values. Oversees scheduling of live cattle for slaughter, to include Ante-mortem inspection and pen card presentation to USDA. Responsible for accurate gathering of information at Back Tag terminal used in identification and procurement process of cattle payments. Oversees proper cleaning of Barn area.......Acts as contact person for repairs to bucket loader equipment. Harvest cattle within proper "Humane Slaughter & Handling Procedures". Monitors SOP & HACCP requirements. 5-7 years experience is required Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
