Assistant Plant Manager

Responsible for all operations ( 3 shifts ) and sanitation of the plant. Facilitating 6 General Production Managers, 45 supervisors and 1000+ hourly team members. Was very active in changing to the new MEYN MESTRO SYSTEM. Successfully developed a new form of measurement for daily production and yields. Developed and maintained yearly budgets.

Shift Manager

Responsible for all operations of night shift and sanitation. Facilitating 3 superintendents, 14 supervisors and 400+ hourly. This was a 1.3 million a week kill, it included De-bone, Tray Pack, weigh price and labeling and shipping. 

Plant Manager 

Responsible for total operations of the plant. Developed Goals, budgets, and systems of measurement. Both daily and yearly. Facilitating 2 shift mgrs. 4 superintendents, 20 supervisors and 300+ hourly and support. Helped develop and write plant HACCP plan.

Production Manager 

Assisted with the design and equipment layout of the plant. Responsible for Facilitating 4 superintendents, 26 supervisors and 500 + hourly team members. Duties included managing and measuring all operations in Tray Pack, De-bone, I.Q.F, weigh price and labeling/shipping. Also aided in the process of starting up Nu-Tech lines in 1ST processing. Plant kill was 1.3 million per week with a 60/40 flop of Tray Pack/I.Q.F. 1ST Processing / Tray Pack
