Internationally registered Certified Auditor of Quality Management Systems (including ISO9000 and Lab Guide 17025), HACCP Certified Lead Trainer, and successful completion of Better Process Control School. Broad range of technical expertise coupled with strong computer and highly effective personnel and communication skills.
Direct ten divisional laboratories, which monitor product safety and quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications, and government regulations for eight chicken debone operations and four further processing facilities, including par-fried and fully cooked products. Laboratory analyses include microbiology, chemistry, and pesticide residue. Perform manufacturing facility quality system audits; assisting with the evaluation, planning, implementation, and monitoring of food safety programs.
