Experience:	Serving in management overseeing all plant operations, incoming ingredients (receiving), production, delivery, maintenance and repair, design and installation of all equipment, safety management for both feed milling (OSHA) and delivery (DMV) along with human resources. Monitoring and maintaining all FDA regulations/documentation on a daily basis that pertains to plant operations. Responsible for increasing production from 6,000 tons of poultry feed per week to 13,000 tons per week. Revised electrical systems using electrical interlocks, and installation of new control panel using programmable logic controllers. (PLC's) and also coordinated all programming in these systems. Installed corn storage silos, which resulted in an increase of capacity from 1,200 tons to 2,400 Tons Soy meal storage. Upgraded both mixing and pelleting systems, which resulted in an increase in both systems' capacity to 120 tons per hour. Replaced finished feed storage, thereby increasing capacity from 750 tons to 900 tons.
