Supervise six (6) mechanics at a pork processing facility. Experienced in working on Cryovac rotary vacuum chamber machines, Townsend and Weber skinners, Mepsco meat injectors, Baader bone ejector machines, LeBlanc equipment, Interlake conveyor systems, Hytrol conveyor systems, Southern Packaging and Pearson trayformers, Dixie and Weber grinders, Handtmann meat pumps , CVP gas flush machines, V-Rams, hydraulics, pumps, electric motors, gearboxes, and various other equipment. Responsible for maintaining the equipment on the Cut Floor, Shipping, Ground Pork, Pumped Pork, Box Shop, Case Sealer Room, Trim Blend, and Guymon Cold Storage. Responsible for assigning WO's and PM's on a daily basis using the MP2 Maintenance Tracking System. Work with USDA and HACCP on issues concerning product contamination, etc. Maintenance Supervisor ........Supervised six (6) mechanics in the Further Processing area of a beef processing facility. Experienced in Kartridge Packaging machines, blenders, cookers, meat chillers, Cryovac On-Pacs, grinders and various other equipment. Responsible for maintaining equipment in Taco Bell, Ground, Beef, and Chopped Beef. |
