| Experience: | Supervision of three departments, edible rendering, inedible rendering and bone room. Supervised 28 employees, divided into three shifts.......Responsible for employee training, safety index, production yields, production quality, rendering repair and maintenance expense, labor expense, and by-products shipping.......Assured all rendering byproducts, (edible tallow, inedible tallow, dried blood, gelatin bone chips, meat and bone meal and low-pro meat and bone meal) were safely loaded, sampled and shipped to customers by way of truck trailers or railcars. Assured all trailers and railcars were pre-inspected, cleaned if necessary, passed or rejected, loaded and finally exit inspected for final shipping.........Worked closely with local railroad company and trucking companies in ordering sufficient railcars and trailers to meet customer orders and corporate schedules. Maintained an accurate inventory of products in order to meet these orders and schedules..............Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) and have the ability to study material on systems and train and educate co-workers and partners effectively.......... Improved Rendering Safety Index to 1.66.and increased RSM Audit score from 69% to 80%. |
