MAINTENANCE MANAGER............for a poultry and meat rendering plant. Responsibilities included: Plant maintenance, new equipment design, fabrication installation and operation training. Also, plant maintenance supply, interview of new employees, and maintenance/production crew training. Finally, plant maintenance of three facilities, maintenance crew management and plant equipment troubleshooting and repair.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.............for a beef slaughter and processing plant. Responsibilities included, but not limited too, plant equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, USDA liaison, truck and reefer trailer repair, ammonia refrigeration operations, waste water operations, maintenance supply and maintenance crew management.
