Oversee 28 mechanics/electricians and 3 supervisors in fast paced Kill, Cut, Rendering, and Shipping operation in a Pork Processing Facility. Experienced in working on Cryovac rotary vaccuum chamber machines, Townsend and Weber skinners, Mepsco meat injectors, Baader bone ejector machines, LeBlanc equipment, Interlake conveyor systems, Hytrol conveyor systems, Southern Packaging and Pearson trayformers, Dixie and Weber grinders, Handtmann meat pumps , CVP gas flush machines, V-Rams, hydraulics, pumps, electric motors, gearboxes, and various other equipment........As supervisor duties included maintaining the equipment on the Cut Floor, Shipping, Ground Pork, Pumped Pork, Box Shop, Case Sealer Room, Trim Blend, and Guymon Cold Storage..........Responsible for assigning WO's and PM's on a daily basis using the MP2 Maintenance Tracking System...........Work hand in hand with the production and upper management to develop improvements in equipment operations and production needs. Maintenance Supervisor...........Supervised 6 mechanics in the Further Processing area of a beef processing facility for three years............. Experienced in Kartridge Packaging machines, blenders, cookers, meat chillers, Cryovac On-Pacs, grinders and various other equipment.....Was a Production Supervisor in the same areas for one year before taking a job in Maintenance........Was responsible for 40-50 employees as a Production Supervisor. |
