Manage maintenance operations for a Big Bird Debone plant and
Small Bird Fast food plant, each with 140 min. Kill lines. Oversee 1st and 2nd processing and de-bone operations to ensure minimal
downtime with maximum productivity. Manage three running shifts on
a budget that meets Agri-stats average company or top 25 % in areas
of labor and materials. Manage 3 supervisors and 36 mechanic's in
keeping the plant up and running consistently as to avoid any over
budget expenses and high labor costs.
