MAINTENANCE MANAGER Responsible for 2 superintendent's, 4 supervisors, 1 Refrigeration Supervisor, 7 Lead people, 45 mechanics, 4 parts clerks in a Union plant /facility. Directs PM program for Picking, scalding, overhead bird sizing general cut-up, Dapec fastfood lines, 3 Foodcraft debone lines, 2 hand bone lines, CVP packing, marination, 2 Wolf-Tech cut-up machines, 1 Mepsco cut-up machine, 1 Wolf-Tech whole bird marinator, 1 Wolf-Tech polar massager, 3 Pedco sort-a-weigh, 5 Cantrell wing cutters, IQF, Frigo plate freezer. Manage and coordinate installation of new and rebuilt equipment. COMPLEX ENGINEER Manage various department heads to provide assistance's on various capital expenditure and other major maintenance projects. Coordinating with local, city and state officials on major engineering projects. Managed 65 employees including the management staff. Scheduling and coordinating outside contractors for work at the processing plant and waste water facility. PLANT ENGINEER Responsible for kill, Chill, fabrication, wastewater, rendering, hides. Managed installation of new $3M gut table and implemented wastewater expansion. |
