Manage and coordinate installation of new and rebuilt equipment. COMPLEX ENGINEER Manage various department heads to provide assistance's on various capital expenditure and other major maintenance projects. Coordinating with local, city and state officials on major engineering projects. Managed 65 employees including the management staff. Scheduling and coordinating outside contractors for work at the processing plant and waste water facility. PLANT ENGINEER Responsible for kill, Chill, fabrication, wastewater, rendering, hides. Managed installation of new $3M gut table and implemented wastewater expansion. |
