Job Description:	Responsible for quality and safety in designated areas; responsible for all employees in designated areas and any other responsibilities for any additional assignments deemed appropriate by the Superintendent. Experience: At least 3 years experience in the pork industry - fresh meats, general knowledge of production operations and techniques; food safety, product yields and USDA regulations. Company will pay relocation expenses and a full company benefit package. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
