Job Description:	RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Risk Management reports directly to the President/GM and indirectly reports to the Risk Management Committee (RMC). Plan, direct, and execute the risk management and procurement functions of the company for the fulfillment of objectives and policies established by the RMC EXPERIENCE: Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, communications, recognition of capabilities and limitations. At least ten years experience in corn procurement and merchandising. Knowledge of risk management options related to all commodity inputs. Practical application of logistics related to the transport of inputs and finished products by truck and rail. Principles and processes for providing customer and supplier services.
