Job Description:	RESPONSIBILITIES:Will have one sales person and an additional one down the road plus 3 current customer service/sales people. Lead a professionally run sales effort for the entire company. EXPERIENCE: Prefers an agriculturally based professional organized sales manager who can bring that expertise to the company that would include communications to both customers and employees, sales training and organize sales department. They will look at an Assistant Sales Manager or top sales professional from a well organized, functioning sales department. "They will teach the hatchery business to the candidate."
