Title	Feed Mill Manager

Job Description:	Summary: This position is responsible for leading the Feed Operations Team. It is the responsibility of the position, to receive, produce and deliver high quality feed to the company's farms. It is also the ultimate responsibility of this position to be in compliance with all governmental agencies including UDAQ, FDA, OSHA, Public Health & Safety, UDEQ and EEOC. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Mill Management or Related Field Minimum of 5 years experience in Mill Management Must have excellent leadership & organizational skills Familiarity with integrated livestock production required Responsibilities: Be responsible for all feed manufacturing operations including all feed mill maintenance. Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure a comprehensive, cost effective preventative maintenance program for milling and transport operations. Assist Nutritionist & Purchasing Department as needed regarding milling operations & procedures. Stay PQA Certified Location has good schools, reasonable housing, low crime rate Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
