Job Description:	Comment: Further processing company doing hot dogs, hams, sausage and sliced luncheon meat. Responsibilities: Familiar with further meat processing including formulation, process and product implementation. Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, process equipment. Experience: Minimum three years experience in the processed meat or food industry. Strong knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations, including labeling and nutritional facts. Knowledge of consumer marketplace, including food trends. Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Additional: Spanish/English a plus.
