Job Description:	Comments: Assist the slaughter superintendent by overseeing the slaughter supervisors, slaughter operations, and hourly employees, focusing on quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive knowledge of the slaughter operation procedures. Able to communicate efficiently in English verbally and in written form. Bi-lingual helpful but not required. Prior management experience required. Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems. Review work throughout the slaughter process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly and safely. Prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as slaughter yields, daily receipts, and inspection results. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
