Title	Grain Elevator Trainee

Job Description:	Responsibilities: Manage 6-7 hourly employees at a large grain elevator. Hands-on position primarily handling corn & wheat. Strictly operations focused (truck unloading, rail loading, safety, maintenance, etc.). No procurement responsibilities. Will replace current Manager when he retires in mid-2011. Experience: Would like to see some grain elevator operations experience but would consider a recent college grad with a degree such as Ag Systems Management along with mechanical aptitude.
