Job Description:	This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance functions in a fresh meat production facility. Requires 5+ years maintenance management experience in the beef or pork meat packing industry. Must have strong knowledge of all equipment used in meat packing operations and knowledge of preventative maintenance programs. Full company benefit package and relocation expenses provided.
