| Job Description: | COMMENT:Company has 50,000 acres of pastures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working foreman that knows agronomy. Will be responsible for spraying, mowing, aerating, fertilizing, liming, planting, renovating pastures. Will have 2 direct reports and the position reports to the General Manager. Must have a clear driver's license. EXPERIENCE: Must be able to calibrate & do simple math so as to apply proper amounts of herbicides, fertilizer, lime, and seeds. Must know the equipment and be able to make minor repairs to accomplish above. Experience supervising others. A farmer/retired farmer from the Gulf Coast would be ideal. POTENTIAL: Advancement + salary increases EXPENSE ARRANGEMENTS:Paid. Will relocate. Will not pay air flight for interview unless hired. If driving in from close by states, will reimburse for gas, etc. BENEFITS:Excellent for a ranch. Medical, Life, 401K, etc. Resume information should include size of operations managed. Candidates personally interviewed by client will undergo psychological profile test and drug test. First choice is candidate from nearby states or Midwest but not Florida. If candidate is not quite ready for this position they would look at other positions.
