Job Description:	Responsibilities: Oversee 2 General Foreman and approximately 400 employees on the Cut Floor and Converting area. Must be willing to work 2nd shift. Experience: 5-8+ years of upper management experience in a pork or beef processing plant. Experience / knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HAACP regulations. Client is looking for a person with a participatory style of management who can lead by example. Not interested in poultry industry experience. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
