| Job Description: | Qualifications: 3+ Years Experience as a Quality Control Director in a poultry processing plant performing both 1st processing and 2nd processing functions. HACCP certified in accordance with USDA regulations Responsibilities: Manage all quality-related functions of poultry processing plant. Work with production supervisors and upper management to achieve highest product quality Direct relations with all USDA, FSIS and management and resolution of issues. Oversee Quality Control Department and ongoing training of all Quality Control personnel. Establish and track measurements of efficiency for various areas throughout the operation. Oversee inventory management on both finished product and supplies. Comments: Small regional processor providing poultry products to a niche market. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
