| Job Description: | Responsibilities: Oversee and direct the QA Program, Food Safety Program and laboratory personnel. Maintain a working relationship with Regulatory Inspectors and Third Party Auditors. Maintain accurate and current product formulations and manufacturing protocols for all products. Audit, inspect, sample and test incoming ingredients, processing, packaging and sanitation, to ensure safety and quality of all finished goods. Experience: 4-5 years managing Quality systems and teams in a MEAT processing plant. Must have leadership experience in quality. Familiar with OSHA, knowledge of HACCP and familiar with SQF. Experience in production leadership is a plus. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Expenses: Paid. Will relocate.
