Title Quality Assurance Manager
Salary Range: To $75,000

Job Description:
MUST HAVE: IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fruit experience.

The QA Manager is responsible for quality, sanitation, laboratory and pest control as well as environmental compliance to enable the operations department to manufacture high quality IQF BERRY products

Five plus years packaged consumer goods experience required. Minimum 5 years direct supervisory experience.

Ability to develop an organization through proven leadership, supervising, coaching and mentoring.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills combined with appropriate influence.

Knowledge of Best Practices in Quality Assurance and Sanitation including HACCP.

Significant experience in a deadline driven environment (i.e., production deadlines, shipping deadlines, customer response deadlines).

Ability to understand the big picture and think outside the box in developing and building an Intensely Different function and team.

Knowledge of Food Safety Programs and Best Practices in Quality and Sanitation programs.

Bilingual language skills is required.
