Title	Quality Control Manager

Salary Range:	To $90,000 +/-

Job Description:	Comments: Large egg producer in U.S.... Ships whole eggs, liquid eggs and powdered eggs. Responsibilities: Ensures the safety and quality of all processes and products within the further processing and drying process. Defines a network of procedures and documentation processes, from receipt of raw materials to packaging and distribution. Verifies and validates quality systems to ensure that the systems are working properly and safely. Analyzes data and evaluates patterns and trends in results from quality control tests. Position has 5 direct reports and reports to Director of Operations. Education: B.S degree in Food Science or related. Experience: 6-10 years experience in the food industry. Requires HAACP knowledge and experience, broad knowledge in chemistry and microbiology, and SQF level 3 implementation. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
