Job Description:	Comments: Leading manufacturer and global supplier of micro-ingredients for the feed industry. 1st product consists of feed ingredients that protect the feed and the animals in a cost effective way. 2nd product is based on ingredients that enhance the inherent nutritional quality in a full range of feed ingredients such as vitamins, aminoacids, coccidiostats, minerals... Products are supplied to the feed industry in more than 80 countries by means of a carefully selected network of distributors. Due to strong expansion, the company is looking to further strengthen the team and offers the following position based in Asia: Responsibilities: Be responsible for the business activities in Asia and Pacific regions. Establish and implement your sales budget and strategy in each country. Manage a growing team of area managers and appoint new collaborators when required Manage a network of distributors and appoint new distributors when required Provide technical support to distributors and key accounts Organize product presentations and training courses when required Attend international conferences and exhibitions Maintain expertise in nutritional trends, regulatory changes and competitors activities Write technical and scientific articles Establish and supervise test protocols in your area, in collaboration with the company's R&D department Languages: Fluent in English, Chinese is definitely a plus Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience Acquainted with the environment of animal feed business, good knowledge of the feed ingredients market, with a proven track record of technical sales Good understanding of animal nutrition (mostly swine and poultry) and feed formulation Good technical knowledge of feed additives Flexible in contacts with different cultures Willing to travel frequently Based in Asia or willing to relocate to Asia Location: Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur or Singapore Expense Arrangement: All paid It's the Soldier, not the reporter Who has given us the freedom of the press.
