Job Description:	Comments: Established, USDA plant heavy into co-packing for regional and national accounts. Responsibilities:Hands on supervisor for a crew of people engaged in making custom sausage for a variety of private label and co pack accounts. Experience: Need to have demonstrated ability in the sausage making field, especially as it relates to knowledge of large batch processing, fat to lean ratios.
