Title	Senior Process Improvement Engineer

Job Description:	Responsibilities: Responsible for changing specific product characteristics such as wetting, encapsulation and flowability to meet customer requirements. Also responsible for improving equipment capability to improve yields and for modifying equipment and procedures to make equipment more flexible and increase capacity of existing equipment. Involved in new capital projects and equipment design. Will have indirect management of five people and work closely with manufacturing services, operations, plant managers, supervisors and sales people. Experience: Five years in manufacturing, experience in whey processing a real plus. Looking for an engineer with communications and interpersonal skills. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
